Cat food delivery
I had the worst day when my cat food delivery went missing from my apartment. I looked everywhere, but I couldn't find it. I felt really down because I work hard to give my fur babies the best food. I contacted customer service and a really friendly person named Bec assisted me immediately. They quickly sent out a replacement order. It's these small acts of kindness that restore my faith in humanity.

Jacket made in China
So I bought this jacket from that company, but I was kind of bummed to find out it was made in China this time, whereas my other jackets from them were made in Portugal. It's a bit sketchy that they don't make it clear where their products come from on their website, because it definitely impacts the quality and worth of the stuff.

Defective laptop purchase
I bought a laptop and it started acting up after just a few months. Now it's completely unusable. I asked for a refund, but they said no. Their product quality and customer service are both terrible. I'm never buying from this company again.
