Recent laptop purchase
I just bought a laptop and man, it was a real letdown. The camera and battery had issues right off the bat, and now the sound is acting up too. For the amount of money I shelled out, I was hoping for better quality and dependability. Dealing with customer service was a total headache on top of everything, which only made the whole situation more irritating. I definitely wouldn't suggest this brand to anyone in need of a reliable laptop for a decent price.
Dell G15 laptop purchase
I bought a laptop from this company not too long ago, and I gotta say, I wasn't too happy with how things went down. The laptop worked fine, but the charger cable was wonky right from the get-go. Even though there wasn't any physical damage to the laptop, Dell support told me that the issue wasn't covered by warranty, and I'd have to foot the bill for the repair. I was pretty disappointed with that answer, so I ended up leaving the laptop sitting unused for 10 months. When I finally reached out for help again, Dell still refused to assist me, even though the warranty was still valid. This lack of support from the company really soured me on them, and now I'm thinking twice about going back to them for my electronics needs in the future.
Desktop computer purchase
I really wish I had checked out the reviews before I splurged on that computer. It ended up taking way longer to get to me than they originally promised, and when it finally did arrive, it was busted! I had to waste so much time on the phone with them, just trying to get it sorted out. Even when the technician came and swapped out some parts, it still wouldn't work properly. What a pain! I spent ages chatting with their customer service, and I still haven't got a functioning computer. It's just so darn frustrating!
Replacement power supply purchase
I bought a new power supply not too long ago, and I paid extra to have it sent faster. But it's been three weeks already, and I still haven't gotten it. When I contacted customer service, they told me that the shipping was actually labeled as ground transport on the bill, which is why it's taking so long. Now I can't use my computer for a while, and I'm feeling really annoyed with how things have turned out.
Faulty laptop
I bought a gaming laptop from this company, but it ended up being a fire hazard. The laptop wouldn't turn off right, and the battery would get too hot, maybe starting a fire if covered. When I told the company about this dangerous problem, they not only didn't want to fix it but also tried to make me pay a restocking fee to return the broken product. This is not okay and could seriously hurt customers.

Faulty Docking Station
I'm so annoyed with this stupid docking station I bought from this company. It's been causing so many problems for me at work. There are error messages popping up all the time and the fan is always so loud. And let's not even talk about how it doesn't recognize my peripherals properly! Even after getting it replaced and talking to customer service multiple times, the issues just won't go away. I'm so frustrated!
