Infrared forehead temperature reading device
Eh, so the infrared thermometer I bought from this company turned out to be a total flop. It just wouldn't work right, and the quality was seriously lacking. Every time I tried to use it, the readings were all over the map. I was so let down by my purchase, felt like I got duped. Plus, the delivery took forever and they didn't even bother to give me a heads up. Honestly, I'd say steer clear of this company if you don't want to end up feeling ripped off.
Xmas gift order
I ordered a Christmas gift on December 11, 2018. Unfortunately, my order has been stuck in "processing" status ever since. I haven't received any updates or communication from the company. It's now January 2, 2019, and I still haven't received my order or a refund. I find this lack of customer service and transparency completely unacceptable.
Unspecified product purchase
My recent experience with Joybuy was so frustrating. I ordered something from a third-party seller, and after waiting forever, they told me it was delivered to the wrong place in another province. I bought stuff from this company twice, but got nothing both times. I reached out to the delivery company that Joybuy uses, but they said they never got my orders. One time, I ordered a coat and was super excited about it. After trying to contact Joybuy many times, they finally said they'd give me a refund and gave me a deadline to reply. I quickly said I wanted the money back, but the next day Joybuy changed their mind and said they were still looking into it. Their actions are all over the place and they don't follow through, which is really disappointing.
Phone case purchase
I ordered a phone case from Joybuy and when it arrived, it was damaged. I tried to contact customer service through email but got caught up in a never-ending chain of back and forth with no solution in sight. It's frustrating to deal with a company that can't handle simple customer service inquiries. With a parent company as big as JD.com, you would think they would have better standards. I will continue to leave 1-star reviews until they get their act together.
Laptop case ordered, received child spoon & fork set
I just bought a laptop case from this online store, and you won't believe what happened - I got a kid's spoon and fork set instead! I was so disappointed. I contacted customer service right away to sort it out, but man, it was tough trying to talk to them. Eventually, I got my money back, but it was a real hassle. Now I'm not sure if I want to buy anything else from there.

I ordered this beautiful white crystal gold rose from the store for Mother's Day, but can you believe it ended up getting delivered to the wrong address in Westport, MA instead of Ohio? Now I've got to try and figure out how to get my hands on it or get my money back!

The company is just so disappointing, eh. They didn't even have the products I needed in stock but still took my money, can you believe it? Three days before Christmas, after spending days trying to get a response from them, they finally admitted the truth. Honestly, they completely ruined my family's Christmas because I believed in them.
Lily pipes from Joybuy
I recently bought 2 lily pipes from Joybuy, an online store from China. Sadly, after waiting 2 weeks, I got 2 different pipes that were clearly wrong. I tried to get a refund, but they wouldn't give me one. It's frustrating to see companies like Joybuy not owning up to their mistakes and giving bad customer service. Plus, it worries me that Walmart still works with them even after lots of complaints from American customers. After this, I'm definitely thinking twice about buying from Joybuy or Walmart again.
Ladybug squishies
I ordered a bunch of ladybug squishies from Joybuy and it turned out to be a huge letdown. I thought I was getting two sets, with a total of 24 squishies, but when the package came more than a week later, I only got 2. Plus, to top it off, one of them was all dirty and already opened.
9ftx12ft rugs purchase
So I bought 4 big rugs from Joybuy not that long ago, each one 9ft by 12ft. Can you believe it? When my order finally arrived, all I got was a dinky little bag of fake flowers. Like, what the heck! They totally scammed me, and it's just not cool. Seriously, I expected way better from them.
