I just bought some stuff online and I gotta say, I was kind of let down by what they had. I really like the shoes made by that company, but the selection on the website was pretty disappointing. A lot of styles and colors weren't there at all, or they only had one size available. I was really shocked that they didn't have the popular JAZZ sneakers at all, only the JAZZ 81 or Court models. It was annoying not having much to choose from as a customer.

The automatic subscription renewal seems so sneaky, like they're trying to pull a fast one on us. They charge $99 every year and they just count on people forgetting so they can keep raking in the cash. They don't even bother sending reminders or giving refunds, which leaves a lot of us feeling let down. The customer service page is flooded with complaints about this, which really puts a damper on the whole membership. People are losing trust in this company more than ever.

I bought an ice maker from Walmart and it broke after just one year. I tried reaching out to JoyBuy, Walmart, and VEVOR but didn't have any luck. Their customer service is terrible, and their products are low quality. I recommend looking elsewhere for something more reliable.
