Man, American Express is the worst, eh? I thought getting this card would be so great, but it's totally terrible. I pay so much every year for it and for what? Their customer service is a joke, they never help you with anything! And my balance is always messed up. Can they not do simple math? I'm definitely cancelling this card, they don't deserve me and my awesomeness.

I've rented cars from this company a few times now, and I have to say I've been impressed each time. I love that I can easily book and cancel cars with no issues. The fact that I can show up at the rental counter with all the necessary documentation from the company (in English and the local language) just makes the whole process so smooth. Sure, sometimes you might have to pay a larger deposit, but I've always got it back in full, so it's not a big deal. Plus, when the rental company messed up (Mexico, Solar Eclipse, anyone?), RentalCars came through with a full refund after checking with the agency. They've definitely won my loyalty with their excellent service.

I just bought some electronics stuff from this online store, but to be honest, I was pretty disappointed with the quality. And to make matters worse, when I tried to send the stuff back, they started sharing my personal info without asking, and I ended up getting bombarded with spam emails. So yeah, my experience with Joybuy was a major letdown, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone else.
