    Broken bed, bad service.

    I got a bed that was supposed to be medium-firm, but it turned out to be super squishy. And guess what? It broke!! It was so awful! I had to send tons of emails and pictures just to get them to confess it was their mistake. My back was in so much pain from that lousy bed. Fortunately, I ended up getting a new one that was way better.

    King size mattress

    This company has just been a complete nightmare. My husband and I decided to get ourselves a King size mattress from them, thinking we'd finally get a good night's sleep. But from the get-go, we've been waking up with backaches every morning. It's crazy, we're really clean people, yet somehow there's mold creeping around the bottom of the mattress. It's not just gross, it's straight up risky for our health. When I reached out to the company about it, they basically just said it wasn't their problem and blamed it on some "external factors". They're dodging their warranty responsibilities like pros, even when there are clearly issues with their product. We're beyond unhappy and frustrated with the shoddy quality and the awful customer service this company is serving up.
