I ordered something for my daughter's 30th birthday and was expecting it to arrive in 3-4 weeks. But then I got an email saying it would actually take 6 weeks. I was worried it wouldn't come in time, so I contacted customer service. Lin got back to me right away and promised to speed up my order by April 15th. I really appreciated her quick action and dedication to helping me. Today, on April 23rd, I got an update that my order has been sent out. I'm really impressed with how well Lin and the team at Lily and Bean communicated and helped me out. Thanks for the great customer service!

My recent order got delayed because of a little administrative problem, and I was getting worried about it. But turns out, I was totally wrong! I've been a loyal customer of the company for years now and I've tried out a bunch of their products, like their mountaineering boots and rock climbing shoes. I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the quality of their stuff. Those mountaineering boots kept my feet nice and toasty during some cold trips in Scotland, plus they were really comfy and practical. But, I did notice that their customer service could be a bit better, which is why I docked them a star. Despite that, I still think their products are top-notch and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who loves the outdoors.
