iPhone 11 Pro case
I bought this really cool phone case that I thought was amazing at first, but then I decided I didn't want it anymore. I knew I could get a refund within 14 days of purchasing it, so I filled out a form online. But when I didn't hear anything back, I had to reach out to them on Facebook. I returned the case and they confirmed receiving it, but I still haven't seen my money back in my account. Seriously, what's taking so long!
