I got this thing from the company thinking it was for my iPhone XsMax, but it turned out to be for an iPhone X instead. I contacted customer service to fix it, but they basically said tough luck because of Covid-19 delays and their return policy. They didn't offer much help and just told me to give the wrong product to someone else. I've been a loyal customer, so I was pretty surprised by their lack of care and understanding.
