Microscope kit purchase for 8-year-old son
The microscope kit I got for my 8-year-old boy is a real winner. He's really into it, loving checking out all the samples on the slides. It's awesome seeing him so interested and pretending he's a scientist or detective. It's a nice change from all the electronic gadgets and screens, sparking his curiosity about the world.

Failed ski trip plans
Don't bother with this store if you want good service. I bought ski goggles and they said I'd get them in a week. Then they kept making excuses and I stupidly went along because the prices were cheap. But then out of nowhere, they cancelled my order, leaving me high and dry for my trip. No warning, no communication. Now I'm stuck without the gear I need and no time to find it elsewhere. I won't be shopping online from them again.

Good product, but terrible refund policy
At first, I thought the product I bought from this company was top-notch. But then I got pretty annoyed when I found out their return policy was basically a headache. They made it super hard to send stuff back, and they even offered me a discount to just keep the wrong item and buy another one. And on top of all that, I had to pay for the shipping to send back the mistake.

Ordered the wrong size stools
So I made a purchase recently and oops, ordered the wrong size stools. I needed 24” legs, not 29” and was stressing about dealing with the return. But hey, the customer service from the company totally blew me away in a good way. They really went out of their way to help me get the right size, super easy and quick. I'd totally recommend ordering straight from the company instead of going through places like Wal-mart, Amazon, and Canadian Tire. You save on fees and get your stuff way quicker. Plus, they often have special deals for even more savings.

Recent online purchase
The customer service reps in the online chat weren't very helpful and didn't seem too keen on fixing any problems. They didn't know much and couldn't give me the right info or help I needed. The shipping part, on the other hand, went well and I got my order on time.
