I really liked these pillows when I first got them and ended up buying them for all my beds. But like a lot of other people, I noticed that they all started tearing at the seams near the zipper after about a year of using them. It was frustrating because I had to buy 8 more for my cottage before the old ones completely fell apart. Especially since they were so expensive, I was pretty disappointed with how quickly they wore out.

I bought a new pillowcase and was really excited about all the good things it was supposed to do. But, after using it for a few nights, I saw some big stains where my head was laying. Even though I washed it like the instructions said, the stains didn't come out. I contacted customer service to try and fix the problem, but their answer wasn't very helpful. I wouldn't suggest this product to anyone.

The cool pillowcase from this store has been a lifesaver for me during menopause. I've washed it a bunch of times and it's still holding up really well. I recently got a second one and also bought a night mask, and they're both doing a great job. I can't complain about anything at all!

They're gentle on my hair and don't pull when I take them out. Ordering directly from the company's website was great and my order came really quickly. I'll definitely be buying from them again in the future.
