I ordered two pillow cases, eh, and had to return one because it came in the wrong color. I followed the instructions in the email from the company, but my replacement request wasn't taken care of. I called multiple times and waited for weeks, but the company said they never received the pillow case in the return package. They claimed it only had a receipt from a pet store. The customer service was really disappointing and unprofessional. These pillow cases are not cheap, so the lack of accountability and communication is not ok, eh. Don't waste your money buying from this company.

I bought these really pricey pillowcases from this company a while back. Ended up having to send one back to get a different colour. But, I never got the new one and the customer service peeps keep saying they never got the old one back, which I find pretty hard to believe. Even after calling and emailing a bunch of times over the past few months, we still haven't sorted it out. This whole thing has been a real bummer, and I for sure won't be buying from them again.

The pillowcases looked so good in the package, and they felt super soft when I touched them. But then, after just a few months of using them and washing them all careful-like in garment bags on the delicate cycle, the fabric ended up ripping near the zipper. I got in touch with the customer service folks, and they sent me a new pillowcase to replace the ruined one. But, they wouldn't give me my money back for the other one. That whole experience left me feeling really let down by the product quality and the customer service.
