ServiceSo, I bought this really soft pillowcase, eh? I was so pumped because it seemed super fancy and all. But, like, OMG, after only 2 months, the zipper just completely broke off from the silk fabric! Like, seriously, what’s up with that?! And when I tried to get it fixed or exchanged, they were all like "no way, we can’t help you without a receipt." Ugh, it’s so frustrating! The quality is seriously terrible, and their customer service is even worse. Don’t be fooled by their fancy advertising, it's all just a bunch of baloney. Take heed from my mistake, folks!
