New customer discount
So, I was all excited to use this awesome discount code for first-time customers, right? But then, they go ahead and send me an even better one after I've already placed my order. Totally not cool, you know? Like, way to make me feel unappreciated or something. I mean, they did give me my money back when I mentioned it, but it just felt a bit sneaky, you know? And then there's this whole 30-day guarantee thing that doesn't really mean what I thought it did. Turns out you can't try out a smaller size and then return it if you're not happy with it. So basically, you're stuck with this huge bag of stuff that you don't even want.
Weight loss supplements
My time on the website was pretty good all in all. I thought the setup was nice and simple to move around, so it was easy to find what I was after. Checking out was a piece of cake and I liked that it didn't take up too much of my time. I didn't exactly feel blown away by anything I saw on there, but the stuff seemed decent quality-wise. I just bought something from this store and I gotta say, I was pretty let down. The fancy stuff like the subscription service and reordering option just didn't work right. Chocolate BHB and Vanilla BHB, wrong product sent
I ordered a couple of different BHB flavors from this company, but when my order arrived, they were both the caffeinated kind. Now, that's a bit of a problem for me because I usually like to have these drinks in the afternoon, and caffeine keeps me wide awake at night. But no worries, I got in touch with customer service and they sorted it out right away. The person I talked to was super helpful and totally got where I was coming from. They said sorry for the mix-up and sent me two new containers with no caffeine. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how they handled everything.
Expensive product
This product is alright, but the prices are crazy high! Seriously, who can shell out $500 a month for this stuff?! Consultants get discounts, but us regular customers deserve a break too. I found some cheaper options online, so I'll likely shop somewhere else next time.
Overly salty products
The products were alright to taste, but when I stuck to the daily recommendations, I ended up feeling not so great because of the super high sodium. They told me to have two BHB drinks and a shake for lunch, but I ended up feeling tired, unable to focus, and my body swelled up from all the water weight. Each drink had a crazy amount of sodium - 1040mg, and the shake had another 200mg. I felt like I just wasted my money on basically fancy salt.

I recently bought the Keto shake canisters and I really enjoyed the taste, but I was kind of disappointed with how little product was in each canister. 2 Starter bundles
I got the 2 Starter bundles and was kinda let down that I couldn't pick different flavors. The vanilla flavor is decent, but it's actually better when I mix it with my morning coffee instead of having it on its own. It would've been great if I could have chosen other flavors for both the shake and the bhb. These products are helping me slowly lose weight without struggling to get into ketosis and then staying there. When I first started keto, I was really scared - scared that I wouldn't be able to get into ketosis and scared I wouldn't lose any weight. I was also afraid of losing weight too quickly. But so far, I'm losing about a pound a week and my blood sugar and blood pressure are doing well.
15 pounds lost but now stalled
So yeah, I got these shakes, right, and they totally helped me drop 15 pounds. It was amazing! But now I feel like I'm stuck and not losing any more weight. I’m thinking maybe the smaller containers of shake mix are different from the big ones in my second order. If this third order doesn't work, I might switch to a regular keto diet to keep the weight loss going.
