I gotta say, the products I bought were top-notch. The meal replacement was delicious and that BHB supplement really gave me a nice energy boost. But you know what? I was kinda let down by the lack of guidance on how to use these goodies for max results. I had to do a ton of digging online just to figure out the best way to work 'em into my keto diet. And don't get me started on that app they suggested - not user-friendly at all. I spent ages trying to find what I needed and just ended up feeling annoyed and stressed out.
