Subscription service and reordering functionality
I just bought something from this store and I gotta say, I was pretty let down. The fancy stuff like the subscription service and reordering option just didn't work right. Every time I tried to make a new order, it felt like the system was treating it like my very first order, which was super annoying. It was definitely not very convenient and it kind of ruined my whole shopping vibe. They definitely need to step up their game in that department!
