I was thrilled with my Tech Support call today, eh! I had this really irritating problem with my website and domain name, but Mershin totally saved the day, ya know? She was so patient and smart, and she fixed everything up for me. Plus, we ended up with an awesome upgrade on the site too, eh!

I went to the store in Renfrew, Ontario, Canada and couldn't believe the prices. Seriously, $16 for a 3-foot piece of leftover pipe is crazy. And on top of that, they tried to charge me for someone else's cut! It was so insulting! I felt like they were trying to rip me off. I won't be going back to that store after that.

Oh man, let me tell you, dealing with customer service was a total nightmare. I was trying to get some help with the installation manual that was missing, and instead of getting a straight answer, I was just passed around with voicemails and useless emails. I tried so many times to get some clarity, but all it did was leave me feeling even more lost and irritated. It took up so much of my time that I didn't even have a chance to properly put in the car seat. It's really frustrating when a good product gets overshadowed by such lousy customer service.
