    Carus Carrier 4-1

    I reached out to the company about a broken strap on my Carus Carrier 4-1 that I used for carrying my 6-month-old baby. I sent photos, and they said they'd send a new carrier. But it's been 2 months since then, and despite my follow-ups, I still haven't gotten the replacement. Chris Saures keeps making empty promises and hasn't sent the new carrier like they said they would. I've had to borrow carriers from friends instead of using my own, which has been a hassle. This lack of service and follow-through has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, especially considering how much I spent on the original carrier. I'm really unhappy with this whole situation and won't be buying from them again.
