Charity support and prize structure
I gotta say, my time with Omaze hasn't been all that exciting since I haven't won anything yet. But I do like that they're helping out different charities with their fundraisers. When it comes to the prizes, I think it would be better to have different categories like a house, cash, and a car, so that more people could win cool stuff instead of just one person getting it all.

Disappointing cake delivery
This company gave me one of the worst services ever. They completely messed up my cake order and their customer support was just terrible to deal with. I suggest steering clear of ordering birthday cakes or using this company for any important events. I ended up wasting a lot of money on a cake that never showed up, and even after reaching out to them several times, they couldn't fix the problem or give me a refund.
