Flower and cake purchase
I just wanted to say that I was kind of let down by the flowers and cakes I got delivered. The flowers looked all tired and droopy when they arrived, and they only lasted a day before drooping completely. And the cakes weren't as good as I was expecting; they tasted old and didn't have that fresh taste I was looking forward to. And when I tried to give some feedback about my experience, it was a bummer to see that my complaints were just brushed off without really being taken care of. This whole thing has left me feeling pretty disappointed and unsure if I'll use this service again in the future.
