Noise-canceling headphones
I bought a pair of noise-cancelling headphones online not long ago, but there were some problems with the delivery. Got an email saying the order was being sent back because they couldn't deliver it, which was a real letdown. Talked to customer service and found out that the order was going back to a warehouse in another country, and they told me to make a new order if I wanted a refund. This whole thing has been really frustrating and now I'm thinking about just getting a different brand of headphones.
