I gotta tell you, I stayed at this super fancy hotel that was seriously cool! The room was so nice, you wouldn't believe it - sleeping in that bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud. The staff were all amazing, they were all so friendly and they even brought me cookies! The food at the restaurant was top-notch, I felt like a total VIP when I was chowing down. Plus, the location of the hotel was perfect, I could easily walk to all these awesome places. Staying there made me feel like a total movie star, it was incredible!

I had such a frustrating time with customer support, eh. The chat line was totally useless - couldn't help with my problem at all. I've been waiting for weeks now for my order WS01814285, and all they've given me are useless case "numbers" and "investigation numbers". On top of that, the money I paid was put back into my account as unclaimed by the company. Now I'm missing my old speaker and still don't have a new one. It's just not right, eh.
