Trouser repair service
So I had to send in a pair of my pants for repair at this place, and man, it was a total bust. I was super excited about my pants before all this went down, but now they've gone and lost my $300 pants that I sent in just to get a button fixed. So now I went from having 5 pairs of pants to only having 2 left. And on top of that, they're saying they never got my pants in the first place, even though I used the label they provided. It's pretty disappointing to see them shrug off any responsibility for what happened. Like, they didn't even try to fix things or offer to make it right. It seems like they care more about rich customers than regular folks just looking for good service. Just a heads up to anyone thinking of going there, be careful and watch out for these issues.

Noise-canceling headphones purchase
I just bought a pair of noise-canceling headphones from this company, thinking they would arrive pretty quickly based on their website. But after I paid for them, I was disappointed to find out that they actually took over two weeks to arrive, way longer than the 1-3 days they promised. And when I finally got the tracking info, turns out Bose is not even "Bose.ca," they're actually based overseas, which wasn't clear on their site. Plus, I discovered some sellers on Amazon who sell Bose stuff for cheaper and deliver faster. All in all, not impressed with the whole experience.
