Two pairs of wireless earbuds
I recently bought two pairs of wireless earbuds from this store and honestly, I'm really let down with both the quality of the product and the customer service. I've only had them for 14 months and both pairs suddenly stopped charging, clearly a manufacturing issue. When I contacted their customer service, I was greeted by a robot-like rep who just offered me a small discount on another pair and kept saying 'I can't do more than our policies allow'. Clearly, they didn't want to own up to their faulty product and preferred to charge me for a replacement instead. This kind of treatment towards customers is not just annoying, but also disrespectful. I wouldn't suggest this store to anyone in search of dependable products and good customer service.
