App & PortalI'm totally frustrated with my purchase of those wireless earbuds. It said in the description that they could connect to an app for sound and settings, but that was just not true. On top of that, the customer service was useless and never got back to me.

App & PortalI bought a pair of earbuds not long ago and was pretty disappointed with them. The product was supposed to work with specific apps, but when I got them, they wouldn't connect to any of the apps like they were supposed to. It was a pain trying to use the earbuds without being able to control them properly. On top of that, the customer service wasn't helpful at all and didn't own up to the fact that the product was faulty. It sucks to spend my money on something that doesn't work how it's supposed to.
