    Dress, arrived late and poor quality

    Eh, I gotta say, my recent shopping experience was a bit of a letdown, eh. So, I ordered this dress from the store, right? And lemme tell ya, it took a whole three weeks to show up, eh. When it finally arrived, I was totally shocked - there were loose threads everywhere and the flowers were falling off. So, I tried to get some help from customer service, but man, talk about frustrating. I must have chatted with at least 10 different people, and each one was as clueless as the last. They told me to send the dress back, but didn't give me all the info I needed for UPS to take it from Europe back to the US, eh. It was a real headache trying to figure it all out since they didn't have their ducks in a row, eh. And get this, they wanted me to pay for the shipping back myself! First, they offered me a measly 20% refund, then dropped it down to 15%, and ended up with just 10%. And to top it all off, two of the reps just straight up ditched our chat when I was trying to explain my problem. Between the dodgy dress quality, the mixed messages from customer service, no return label, and the lack of help overall, I gotta say, I'm super disappointed with how this whole shopping thing went down.
