I loved the prescription glasses I got from this place, they were so amazing and the quality was really top-notch. I was seriously impressed with how well they were made and how clear my vision was when I wore them. The service I got was fantastic, the staff were so friendly and helpful the whole time. Plus, the delivery was super quick, I didn't have to wait very long to get my new glasses. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be back to shop here again.

I recently made two orders with this company and sadly, both orders have gone missing. I contacted customer service to let them know about the issue, but I wasn't able to get it sorted out. The lack of communication and help from their customer service team was really disappointing. Now I've lost out on both orders and my money, and there doesn't seem to be a solution in sight.

They are really terrible. I just can't believe it. I reached out for help with some things that weren't working on my site and they totally overreacted and shut it down. It's so frustrating! I had worked really hard on it.
