Missing Orders
I recently made two orders with this company and sadly, both orders have gone missing. I contacted customer service to let them know about the issue, but I wasn't able to get it sorted out. The lack of communication and help from their customer service team was really disappointing. Now I've lost out on both orders and my money, and there doesn't seem to be a solution in sight.

They are really terrible. I just can't believe it. I reached out for help with some things that weren't working on my site and they totally overreacted and shut it down. It's so frustrating! I had worked really hard on it.
