Used amplifier purchase with issues
I bought a second-hand amp that was giving me some trouble with the sound. I thought it would be an easy fix, but turns out I found some old parts that were no longer in use and a speaker coil that was busted. Even with all my years working in electronics, I couldn't figure it out because I couldn't find the right parts and customer service wasn't much help at all.
Nashville Telecaster and Vintera Stratocaster
I bought two guitars recently. The first one had three frets with holes under the tang, so the retailer gave me a discount. The second guitar also had three frets with gaps under the tangs, and the high E string was out of line.
Electric Guitar
As a musician, having good quality instruments is essential for my performance. So, last year, I decided to splurge on a new electric guitar to level up my sound. I did a ton of research and finally settled on a model that was known for its top-notch craftsmanship and killer tone. When I got the guitar, I was initially blown away by how cool it looked. But, when I inspected it closely, I noticed some major issues with how it played. The frets were making this annoying buzzing noise, and the hardware just felt cheap, not meeting the high standards I had in mind. Feeling pretty let down by my purchase, I contacted the manufacturer to sort things out. Unfortunately, their response was a bit lackluster, redirecting me to the supplier without much assurance that my concerns would be taken seriously.
Three expensive guitars
I bought 3 fancy guitars from this place but had to give them all back 'cause they were busted. I dropped a lot of cash on my newest guitar and it had problems with the tuning keys and truss rod. They said they'd send me a new one but it never came. Plus, they charged me more than what was on my email confirmation. I ended up missing a show 'cause of all this. It's not fair, I've been buying guitars from this shop since I was a kid.
Amplifier
I just ordered an amplifier, eh, and then I realized I wanted to upgrade right away. I asked to change the order, but they said it couldn't be done. I tried to cancel the order, but it had already been sent out. It was so frustrating, and I didn't get a refund even though I returned the item, eh.
Potentiometer for my guitar
I bought a potentiometer for my guitar, thinking it was a legit part from the company. But when I checked it before putting it on, it turns out it was only 180k ohm instead of the 250k ohm as advertised. It's a real let down 'cause now the part's no good to me. I was hoping for better QC from the company and I'm not happy with the product being inaccurate.
Electric guitar

Quick repair and excellent customer service
The customer service I got was amazing, eh! I had a problem with my guitar, but they fixed it up real quick and sent it back to me the next day, all without charging me a dime. Couldn't be happier with how I was treated. Big thanks to Daniel and the whole team, eh!
Amplifier GT100 in May 2020
I purchased the amplifier back in May 2020 and just last month, it unexpectedly conked out on me. I reached out to the company and at first, they told me it was still under warranty. But, today I got hit with the news that it's actually not covered anymore. I'm feeling pretty frustrated and let down by this sudden change without any proper explanation. It seems like I was given the wrong information and now they're expecting me to fork out money for repairs.
Foot pedal for amp
I can't believe how terrible Fender's customer service is! I lost the foot pedal for my amp and all they said was basically "too bad, buy a new amp". Seriously? The amp is basically useless without the foot pedal! It's so annoying that they don't even make an effort to assist their customers. I mean, seriously, they could at least try to provide some kind of solution instead of just pushing me to spend more money.
Electric guitar
As a Canuck user of the company, I just wanted to share some feedback to help make their products and services even better. I've noticed a pretty big price gap between the American guitars and the Mexican guitars. While that might not bother some folks, as a buyer, I think it would be helpful to know why there's such a difference. And I really want to stress how important it is to keep making stuff in the USA. If all the production moved elsewhere, it might affect my decision to keep buying from them. All in all, I really like their products and I'm looking forward to seeing more transparency in pricing.
Fender Stratocaster MIJ '84/'87
My first Fender Stratocaster MIJ is from the E series, dating back to '84/'87. I bought it used in '95 when I was only 13, and it's been my go-to guitar ever since. Even though I've added more guitars to my collection and tried out different ones, nothing beats the quality and sound of my Stratocaster. I now have a bunch of Fender guitars - a Telecaster, a Mustang, a Precision bass, and a Doheny G&L - all showing off Leo Fender's genius designs. Basically, my Fender collection speaks for itself when it comes to quality and performance.
Guitars, Amps, Picks
I gotta say, I am super impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of the products I recently picked up. These guitars, man, they really bring out the richness and dynamic vibes in my music compositions. And don't even get me started on the amps - excellent amplification for when I'm playing live. The picks are great too, super durable and comfy to play with, really adding to the whole experience. Massive shoutout to Fender for hooking me up with these amazing tools for my music journey. If you're into music or just on the hunt for top-notch gear, I totally recommend checking out this brand.
Recently purchased an American Lonestar model guitar
I'm really happy with how well this instrument is made, especially the pickups. But I have to say, the basic tremolo system could use an upgrade to match the overall quality of the guitar.
Stratocaster HSS
I bought a Stratocaster HSS guitar not long ago. But, I still haven't got it even though they promised it would be here by now. I've been given a bunch of reasons for the delays, so now I have to get my credit card company involved to sort things out. I'm pretty upset and annoyed by this whole situation.
Squier Jazz Bass and Acoustic Guitar
This review might make it seem like I'm really into gear, but believe me, I'm just a musician who knows what sounds good. The acoustic guitar I got came with an awesome case, which was a nice extra touch. The sound is amazing, especially for the price. As for the Jazz Bass, I've put a lot of time and effort into it. I've been playing it consistently for over 5 years, making adjustments here and there to get the sound just perfect. Upgraded the bridge and tuning keys, changed out the pickups - now it's a monster on stage.

Multiple Fender guitars and amplifiers
I've bought a bunch of guitars and amps from Fender, and sometimes the quality hasn't been consistent. But the customer service has always been fantastic. I take good care of my instruments, but I've had some trouble with the guitars that were made in Indonesia. Fender was quick to help out and even extended my warranty without me knowing. Overall, despite the problems, the customer service really stood out and made a big difference when buying guitars and amps online.
