Order Delayed Shipping
I recently bought something from this online store and decided to pay more for faster shipping so that I would get my order in time for a special event. However, even though I picked a delivery date, my package was sent out later than they said it would be and ended up showing up several days after the planned day. When I contacted customer service to get some help, they were totally unprofessional and refused to take responsibility for what happened. The person I talked to at first didn't believe me about the shipping choices I made, then seemed all mixed up about the company's rules, and in the end didn't do anything to make up for all the trouble they caused me.

VIP concert tickets in Spokane
I just bought VIP concert tickets through this site for a show in Spokane. But when I got there, turns out the seats I thought I paid for weren't the ones I actually got. I paid a lot for those VIP tickets, only to end up in the general admission section behind the VIP area. It was pretty disappointing and frustrating because the tickets I got didn't match the price I paid.
