CommunicationI was really happy with all the cool engraved gift options and how quickly they got delivered. But, I had a bit of an issue with the engraving part. The 2nd and 3rd letters got mixed up, so make sure to double-check your order before hitting submit. Also, it was tough getting a hold of customer service through email for help. I kept getting error messages saying my email didn't go through, but somehow they still managed to fix the engraving mix-up, so the gift got to the right person in the end. Overall, I liked the gifts and how fast they arrived, but I think they could do better with the engraving and customer service.
