Gift Tree - Reviews and experiences

I ordered a $200 gift basket to be sent to a business, and I even paid extra for it to be delivered on a certain day. But, it ended up arriving late. When I asked for a refund on the extra fees I paid for the specific date delivery, Gift Tree refused, saying it was just an "estimated date". This whole situation was frustrating and now I've decided not to use their services again.

I ordered a gift that still hasn't been delivered, even though my friend was home and the person delivering it didn't even ring the doorbell or knock. I called customer service, but they haven't fixed the problem yet.

I ordered a gift from their website to send to a hospital room, eh, but there were big delays because of a mix-up between the company and UPS. Even though I gave clear instructions for delivery, the gift didn't arrive on time, causing more trouble with the perishable items inside, ya know.

I ordered a gift basket for delivery to a company and the person who got it really liked how it looked and said the stuff inside was fresh and yummy. The crackers, nuts, and treats were all praised for being top quality. The only downside was that it got there on Wednesday instead of Thursday like I asked for. It's usually nice to get things early but I wanted it on Thursday so the right people would be there. Everything else was great though, just a little mix-up with the delivery date.

I got a message from the person I sent those awesome wines and treats to, saying they were super happy with how everything looked and tasted. I wasn't sure about ordering stuff from overseas at first, but I gotta say, the whole process totally blew me away. Everything I saw on the website was exactly what they got, and it arrived right on time. Huge thanks for going above and beyond, making me one happy customer, and giving me the chance to send awesome gifts to my fam down the road.
