I can't believe how useless that neck pillow I bought was! The store owner didn't even care when I told them about it. They just sent me a rude email saying they didn't care. I even offered to help but they didn't want it. How rude is that?

This company has the worst customer service, eh? I ordered a surprise gift basket for my buddy's 90th birthday bash, but it showed up on the wrong day. The old-timer found out about the shindig and the surprise was totally busted. When I reached out to customer service, they just didn't care at all and even had the nerve to tell me I should be happy it arrived ahead of schedule. Completely unacceptable and really let me down, eh.

My experience with this company was absolutely amazing. The customer service team knew their stuff and got back to me quickly, taking care of all my worries and making sure my gift basket was just right. The products in the basket were top-notch and the way it was presented was flawless. I was really impressed with how much care went into putting together my order. I can definitely say that this was one of the best online shopping experiences I've had in a while.

My experience with Gift Tree was amazing. I had a really helpful representative who went out of their way to help me choose the perfect gift baskets for a diabetic person and a big lawyer's office. I got a total of 14 baskets, with 13 being the same and one different. Stephanie, the representative, even got me a $20 discount on a $89.99 basket. We kept in touch a lot through email and phone calls to make sure everything was just right. I'm still waiting for the last three baskets to be delivered, but I'm sure they'll come on time. I'm already thinking about ordering more from Gift Tree for Christmas, because I know their service and products are excellent. Overall, a fantastic and easy experience from beginning to end. I ordered a chocolate basket from this company for my cousin in Florida, and when it arrived, all the chocolates were melted. I contacted them about it and they said they were taking care of it and even sent me a new replacement basket. Really impressed with their customer service!
