It's so frustrating that I supported a project on Kickstarter and never got what was promised. No updates, no communication, just let down. Stay away from this, not worth it.

Laces, International shipping, Repeat purchase
I bought some laces from this company about three years ago and got them shipped internationally with no issues at all. And ever since then, I've ended up getting more pairs because I just love them so much. It's kind of crazy to think about how I went so many years without having these laces in my life!

I was initially interested in Xpand IT because they claimed to offer cutting-edge and customized solutions to boost businesses. But my time working with them turned out to be quite disappointing. The process of placing an order was confusing and frustrating, and there wasn't much in the way of clear communication. The service I received was subpar, with unhelpful staff who didn't seem too interested in helping me out. Not to mention, the prices were sky-high for the little value I got in return. And to make matters worse, my order was late without any explanation or apology. All in all, my experience with Xpand IT left a lot to be desired, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Shoe laces
Just slapped them on, haven't worn them yet. I feel like they could have made them look nicer at the ends, might get uncomfortable if they just stick out. It's odd how they expect us to cut and burn the lace ends ourselves. My main issue isn't the laces though - it's that it took more than a month to get them. Doesn't matter if they're from another country, I've gotten things quicker in the past. Waiting a month for laces is just too much.
Non-existent order
This is ridiculous! I ordered something and never got it. No updates, no communication, just nothing at all. Don't waste your money, stay away from this total scam of a company.
Hoodie with customs charge
I found this awesome hoodie online and ordered it, but when it showed up at my door, I had to pay a huge customs fee because I'm not in the States. It ended up costing a lot more than I expected and I wish I had known about that extra charge ahead of time. The hoodie was really nice though, good quality and all. But those surprise fees really let me down. I don't think I'll be shopping from that site again after this experience.
