CommunicationI was initially interested in Xpand IT because they claimed to offer cutting-edge and customized solutions to boost businesses. But my time working with them turned out to be quite disappointing. The process of placing an order was confusing and frustrating, and there wasn't much in the way of clear communication. The service I received was subpar, with unhelpful staff who didn't seem too interested in helping me out. Not to mention, the prices were sky-high for the little value I got in return. And to make matters worse, my order was late without any explanation or apology. All in all, my experience with Xpand IT left a lot to be desired, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
