She gave me all the info I needed through email, making sure to answer every single one of my questions super quickly. When my stuff arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition, I was totally stoked. Overall, my experience was flawless and I couldn't be more pleased. Big thanks to Allison!

booking technical issues
This is hilarious! I had some problems with the booking website, ended up with a "no-show" charge, and when I showed them screenshots with timestamps, they said it might have been messed with. Are you kidding me? So their site is perfect and never has glitches? It's so wrong to doubt customers like that, blaming them when it's the site's fault. When I asked for help, their system was offline and they couldn't see my info, but they still want to charge me for their mistakes. Give me a break! Better to look for mental health services somewhere else.

High-quality product, delayed delivery
So, I recently bought something from Emmiol and it was a really good product, eh. The packaging was done well and the quality was top-notch. But, gotta say, the delivery took longer than I thought which was a bit of a downer. Even though the product was awesome, the delayed delivery kinda soured the whole experience for me, you know?

Oversized shirts
I bought a couple of shirts from that store, and man, I was really let down. I thought I was being smart by ordering a size up, but those shirts were massive when they arrived. The quality wasn't worth the hefty price tag, and I felt ripped off. I sent the shirts back with the DHL prepaid envelope, but it took forever – three whole weeks – for my refund to show up. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare, and I had to mention the consumer ombudsman just to get things moving.
