Online order of four items
I ordered four things online, and it took two weeks to get to me because of a shipping problem. When it finally got sent out, it was sent back to the store because they were missing some paperwork. I got in touch with customer service, and they only gave me a refund - they couldn't send out the items again. I wouldn't recommend this store if you want your orders on time and with no issues with delivery.

I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with my ride on this bus. The drivers were super nice and professional, and the staff were really helpful.
