I've had a great experience with this brand since my first purchase. They were quick to respond to my emails when I needed to return an item, and they handled everything with respect and helpfulness. I bought two dresses from this store and I have to say, I am really impressed with the quality. The first dress, a faux leather midi, took a bit longer to get here than I thought, but the customer service team was super helpful and sorry for the delay. They told me it's a really popular dress and gave me a discount code for my next purchase as a nice gesture. The second dress, a lounge maxi, came way quicker, in about a week. Beautiful dresses, disappointing delivery
I bought some really nice dresses from this store not too long ago, and I have to say, I really love them. They're so lovely and make me look great for any event or trip. However, I had to give a 3-star rating because the delivery service was pretty disappointing. I've ordered from this store twice now, both times for important events or trips where I needed the dress on time. Sadly, both times, the items didn't get to me when I needed them. Even though I really like the dresses, I was let down by the slow delivery.

Perfectly fitting dresses
I love the dresses I bought from that online shop, they fit me perfectly! So many people told me how nice they looked on me, especially in how they accentuated my curves. But I do wish some of them had the option for three-quarter sleeves, since my arms are a bit bigger and I prefer to keep them covered. Even so, I always received compliments whenever I wore those dresses.

I just had to bring back a dress I bought, and the customer service team was quick to help me out. Even though I returned it because it didn't quite suit me, I was blown away by how nice the dress looked and how well it was made. The whole return process was easy and went without a hitch.

The dress I bought was really good quality and exactly what I was wanting. But, the shipping time was a bit annoying. The website said it would ship in 7-10 business days, but mine took 14 business days to ship and then another 4 days for delivery. So, it ended up taking almost a whole month from when I ordered it to when I got it, which was pretty disappointing.
