My recent purchase of a sofa has been such a pain in the butt, eh. It's been over 10 weeks since I placed the order and so far, all I've received is the ottoman after about 5/6 weeks. The arms and legs finally arrived at week 10, but no sign of the seats yet, eh. Every time I call customer service, it's like talking to a different person and no one seems to be on top of things, eh. It's getting pretty frustrating, I tell you.

I've been using this site for ages and everything was awesome until they started archiving my photos without asking me! I've tried reaching out multiple times but they just won't listen. It's super frustrating, like why offer unlimited space if you're just gonna archive my stuff without getting my okay first? On top of that, I've had issues with customer orders not showing up in my account, even after they've paid for it! How does that even happen, right? And let me tell you, their customer support is seriously lacking. It's like they don't even care about their customers anymore. It's really disappointing to see a once great site go down the drain like this. My favorite feature used to be the easy download and album creation with customer favorites, but with all this archiving nonsense, that's pretty much impossible now. This is the final straw for me!

I bought a bunch of masks not long ago, eh. But it's been three weeks now and the company still hasn't shipped my order like they said they would. The customer service team hasn't been helpful at all, eh, just sending me the same canned email every time I ask about my order. They gave me shipping info, but never actually sent my stuff to the shipping company. I'd tell others to be careful trusting their fast shipping promises and suggest finding another place for reliable service, eh.

I bought some clothes from here because I'm tall and it's tough to find clothes that fit me properly, you know? The quality is really good, but oh my gosh, the returns process is super slow! I returned an item and it literally took forever to get my money back. I had to keep emailing them to see what was going on. Plus, you have to print your own return label? That's so old-fashioned, they really need to improve that. In general, the clothes are nice, but the returns situation is a bit of a disaster.

I recently threw a Graduation Murder Mystery Party for my son's eighteenth birthday, and it went off without a hitch. The theme was clear right from the invites to the actual game. Everyone really embraced the spirit of the party by going all out with their costumes. I liked how the game had a script, but also let people improvise and fully embody their characters. Our friends had a blast playing this fun and interactive game.

Do NOT sign up for this service, eh! If I could give negative stars, I totally would. This company is a total nightmare to deal with, eh. Their billing practices are totally sketchy and they make cancelling your membership nearly impossible, eh. I've been trying to cancel for over a year now, but every time I try, I just get super frustrated, eh. No replies to my emails, no help with resetting my password, and their phone number is totally disconnected, eh. It's just a total scam, plain and simple, eh.
