Sofa purchase delayed
My recent purchase of a sofa has been such a pain in the butt, eh. It's been over 10 weeks since I placed the order and so far, all I've received is the ottoman after about 5/6 weeks. The arms and legs finally arrived at week 10, but no sign of the seats yet, eh. Every time I call customer service, it's like talking to a different person and no one seems to be on top of things, eh. It's getting pretty frustrating, I tell you.
Chair purchase
I bought a chair from this company not too long ago and it's been a complete disaster. It's been well over a month and still no sign of my chair. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare - they either don't reply to emails or just give me the runaround on the phone. I can't seem to get a straight answer on when my chair will be sent out or if they even have it in stock. It feels like they're just giving me the runaround and lying about shipping times. I wouldn't suggest buying from them again, that's for sure.
Cushions for seating
These cushions are the worst. They just keep moving around and hogging all the space on the couch. And they're not even comfy. But I guess they seem to be pretty well made and tough. I've had them since December so hopefully they'll start feeling better as time goes on. If you end up getting them, good luck!
Made in China products
I recently bought something from Cozey and was kind of bummed to find out that the stuff was made in China only when I got the boxes. I like to support things that are made here or in places with fair manufacturing practices. It would've been good to know this before I bought it. Cozey should definitely update their website to make sure customers know where their products are made.
Machine washable rug
Okay, so I was really pumped to get this rug because it's machine washable and I figured it would be super easy to take care of. But man, it felt like forever for the order to even ship! Like, I waited for over 5 weeks and my credit card was charged right when I placed the order. Finally, when the rug arrived, it was okay, but the rug pad it came with smelled awful! The smell of VOCs was so strong, it gave me a headache just being near it for 5 minutes. So I reached out to customer support, and they were like, "You could try cleaning the pad to get rid of the smell." No way! I got a machine washable rug so I wouldn't have to deal with cleaning stuff like that. So now I have to spend extra time trying to wash, dry, and air out this rubber pad, hoping the smell will disappear before I can actually use the rug. It's disappointing, man. And on top of that, I thought I was supporting a Canadian company, but turns out the product was made in China. The VOC smell is just unbearable, dude.
Extension piece purchase
The first time we bought something from this store, it was awesome. The package came fast and we were happy with how everything went. But, our latest attempt to order an extension piece has been a bummer. We ordered it a month ago and still no sign of it. We've tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times, but all they say is that it'll be here by the end of the week- and it never is. It's been super frustrating and it feels like they're not really listening to us.
Loveseat and ottoman
I got myself a lovely loveseat and ottoman from this furniture company after hearing some great things about their stuff and quick delivery. But man, oh man, this shipping situation has been a total nightmare. I ordered 4 boxes, but only 2 have shown up so far, leaving me stuck with a big mess in my cozy little living room. I can't believe they couldn't just ship everything together, it's so frustrating! I reached out to customer service and they've been trying to help, but the damage is already done. This whole ordeal has been a huge pain and I have no idea when I'll get the rest of my order. I gotta be honest, this whole thing has really turned me off from buying from this company again.
$2000 couch configuration
I just bought a $2000 couch set from this company and I gotta say, it's been a real letdown. I ordered it over a month ago and haven't heard a peep about why it's taking so long to arrive. The lack of communication and effort from their customer service team has really ticked me off. When you drop that kind of cash on something, you'd expect better treatment and more updates.
Comfy couch and ottoman
Oh my goodness, eh? I got this super comfortable couch and ottoman from here about a year ago, and they still look brand new, eh? The couch feels like sitting on a fluffy cloud, and the ottoman is so squishy, eh? When FedEx messed up my delivery, Cozey's customer service totally saved the day, eh? They sorted everything out and even managed to make FedEx better at delivering stuff, eh? It's great when a company really cares about us customers, eh? I am definitely going to buy from them again, for sure, eh?
Ciello 3 seater sofa
Oh man, this sofa is just a hot mess! I've only had it for a little over a year, and it's already falling apart. The cushions won't stay put, the fabric is all pilled and snagged, and the shape of them is completely messed up. I contacted Customer Service for some help, and they sent me replacement cushions, but they were totally wrong and didn't even touch on the issue of the crappy fabric. I mean, I dropped $2000 on this thing expecting it to last me a solid 15 years, but it's already looking like garbage after only one. Don't waste your cash on this disaster of a purchase!
