I gotta say, I was super happy with the couch I bought from this company. Ordering online was a breeze, and the delivery was fast and smooth. Just had to slap on the legs, and it was good to go. The couch is comfy and looks great, and I definitely got a good deal for the price. I'm totally satisfied with my purchase, no complaints here!

So, I bought these four drink tables online, right? They were supposed to be silver and black, but when they showed up, they were green and gold! I contacted the company to try and return them, and they said I could. But get this - I had to dish out over $100 for shipping! And to top it off, they sent me an email saying they cancelled my return request. Can you believe it? This whole thing has been a total nightmare.

I had a frustrating time trying to track a return and replacement item online. The customer service team couldn't really help me out, so they gave me a phone number to call instead. When I spoke to Jenal on the phone, she was super helpful. She listened to my problems and gave me all the info I needed about sending the item back. I really appreciated her professionalism and how she answered all my questions.
