Wireless earbuds, durable, amazing connectivity
I really don't get why there are so many haters out there. Anker's stuff is amazing, like seriously top-notch. From iPhone chargers to cables to the wireless earbuds that I recently bought, everything is just so good. These earbuds are honestly some of the best I've ever used, with amazing sound quality and a price tag that won't break the bank. I would totally be willing to pay more for Anker and Soundcore gear because it's just that great. They're super durable, super reliable, and always deliver on the promise of seamless connectivity with Apple products. I'm definitely committed to sticking with this brand for the long haul if they keep putting out products like these. People, you should really give Anker a chance. Seriously.
Dining experience at a local restaurant
The service at this restaurant was amazing and so personalized. Our waiter, Jesper, went above and beyond. The food was absolutely incredible. I had the 300G Ribeye steak with seasonal veggies and the most delicious fries ever. The steak was cooked to perfection and just melted in my mouth. The fries were homemade and seasoned with wild garlic salt, which paired perfectly with the steak. The homemade Béarnaise sauce was also fantastic. Had a nice chat with the chef and found out everything is made in-house. I definitely suggest giving this place a try. Seriously.
Headphones purchase, exceptional customer service
So, check this out, eh! I had a problem with my headphones, so I decided to give customer service a call, eh. At first, I was pretty ticked off, but let me tell you, those customer service folks really came through for me! They were super patient, knew their stuff, and gave me a fix that was way beyond what I was expecting, eh. I gotta say, I'm really thankful for their top-notch service and how professional they were. Huge shoutout to the amazing customer service team for turning my bad experience into a good one, eh!

I've been a loyal customer for about 2-3 years now, eh? Got myself some speakers, earbuds, a power bank, and a sweet new speaker from you guys. Gotta say, all of them have gone above and beyond my expectations in terms of quality and performance. The speakers and earbuds are still kickin' after all this time, and that power bank? Well, that beauty has been going strong for a whopping 7 years now. And don't even get me started on the new speaker I just picked up - top-notch sound quality right there, eh.
PowerBank for long business trip
The company I bought from really let me down. Their products looked good but didn't work well. I bought a PowerBank for my long business trip and it was a total failure. It kept giving me a temperature error message saying it was too cold as soon as I boarded the plane. This messed up the device completely - it won't charge, won't work, it's useless. Hey there, I bought a Thunderbolt 3 Dock from your company not too long ago. Unfortunately, it crapped out on me after just 15 months. 6 ft charging cable purchased from a store 4 months ago
Yeah, so I had bought this charging cable a little while back and it was all good until this week when it just randomly stopped charging my phone right. It's so frustrating! I tried to get it replaced since it's not working like it should and I did pay for it, right? But then they wanted all this stuff like the receipt, photos, and a code - seriously? It's just a charging cable, not some crazy expensive item. It's annoying how they make it so difficult to get a replacement. Not cool at all, dude.

I bought a wireless charger for my iPhone 15, but it didn't work even though the box said it was compatible. I reached out to customer service via email, but they were not helpful. The first customer service rep, April, took ages to figure out it was incompatible. I asked for a refund or discount on another product, but all I got was a discount on their website, even though compatible items were on sale. The second rep, Shane, said April was basically a robot. 6ft USBc to USBc cable for iPhone
I just bought a 6ft USBc to USBc cable for my new iPhone. Sadly, I was let down by the quality. The Anker version doesn't click securely like the original cable that came with my phone, so it keeps disconnecting when I put my phone down. I tried both ends of the cable, but after an hour my phone still hadn't charged. Honestly, I think the cable is poorly made and doesn't meet my expectations.
Useless lighting cable
I can't believe how terrible the products are and the customer service is even worse. I bought a lighting cable that ended up being totally useless. When I reached out to customer service, they asked for a bunch of photos and details about a simple £9 cable. It took them 4 days to get back to me, which made the whole thing so frustrating and time-consuming. I'm never buying from this company again, they clearly don't care about keeping their customers happy.
