These blackout curtains are amazing! They're so thick and really block out the light well. Ever since I put them up, I've noticed my room stays cooler. I'm sure my energy bill will show the difference too. The curtains are definitely good quality and feel like they'll hold up well over time. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of curtains that actually work as advertised.

My experience with the company was really disappointing. The shipping took forever, like over three weeks for my fireplace screen to show up. And to make things worse, they charged my credit card right away even though the shipping was super delayed. I emailed them to check on my order, but it took ages - like three days - to get a response. So frustrating to wait so long for a simple answer. When I finally got the fireplace screen, it was damaged. I was so let down by the poor packaging and handling, especially after waiting almost a month for it. I wanted to give it as a Christmas gift, but because of all the delays and damage, it just wasn't possible. Overall, my experience with this company was really bad.

This shopping experience was just terrible. One thing I ordered never came, and the other thing I got was totally wrong in style and size. Trying to reach customer service was a nightmare - I called and used the chat, but couldn't get any real help. And I still haven't got a refund for the thing that never showed up. So disappointed and annoyed with their poor communication and not fixing the problem.
