So, my mom gave me a gift card for this subscription box service, and to be honest, it was a major letdown. The stuff I got was cheap and totally not my style. The lack of choice and the ugly clothes they sent me really bummed me out. I felt like I wasted my money because the items weren't even worth what I paid. And on top of that, the customer service was pretty bad when I tried to sort things out with them.

I ordered a gift for my mom's 85th birthday, and when it arrived, the boxes were really beat up. The company just said they'd send a new one and my mom could send back the damaged one. Like, come on! How is an 85-year-old supposed to deal with boxing up a broken table? They didn't even try to understand the situation, so we ended up with a refund and still had to figure out what to do with these big broken items that my mom couldn't handle.
