Oh my goodness, I'm really frustrated at the moment! I thought I was ordering from a company in the UK, but it turns out they're actually based in Malaysia. I needed this photo book for my mom's birthday, and now it's going to be late because of some annoying customs problem. And to top it off, I paid extra for fast delivery, but it doesn't seem to have made any difference! I can't even call them to express my frustration, their WhatsApp chat is like a ghost town, so all I can do is hope they respond to my email. I am definitely not going to use this company again, oh my gosh!

I had a problem with the zipper on my laptop case in my backpack, so I reached out to the customer service team at DB. They were so helpful and quick to respond, sending me a video tutorial on how to fix it and a link to get a replacement bag under warranty. I was really impressed with how fast they helped me out. The next day, I got my new bag delivered right to my door. I'm really happy with the service I got and would definitely recommend DB to anyone else.

So, y'know, I requested a call back from customer service about changing my ticket like a week ago. And I still haven't heard from them. Their customer service is just brutal, man. I wouldn't suggest them at all.
