I'm really upset with the service I got from this company. I ordered my magazine in January and it's now April, and I still haven't got it. The way they don't keep me in the loop is just not cool. I've tried to contact them a few times but no one's gotten back to me. It's making me think maybe this company is not on the up and up.

I was really happy with how the customer service department paid attention to all the little details and kept me in the loop. They made sure to update me on any changes to my order and gave clear confirmation every step of the way. The home decor items I bought were great quality and matched up with the descriptions on the website. All in all, it was a really good shopping experience.
