Bambino Plus purchased for Christmas
I bought a Bambino Plus coffee machine for Christmas, but it stopped working in April. I sent it in for repairs and it took about four weeks to get it back, only for the same problem to happen again. I'm not happy with how long it took to repair and that the issue wasn't fixed. I'm frustrated with the quality and durability of the product, especially given the price I paid. I'm going to reach out to customer service to deal with this ongoing problem.

Great prices and customer service
I wasn't too sure about getting some bindings at first, but after reaching out to customer service, I was really happy with how helpful they were. They made it super easy for me to get a refund when I changed my mind. Eventually, I ended up going back and getting the bindings because they had such a good deal. That led me to also buy a splitboard that's compatible, so now I'm all set for an awesome winter adventure with two splitboards!
