I gotta say, the customer service here is amazing, eh? I mean, not only were they super friendly and fast, but they were also so helpful when I messed up my setup. Mario really went all out to explain things and make sure I could use the service right. I really liked how quickly they got back to me and how they really worked hard to solve my problem. My big toaster
I bought this big toaster a couple of years back for when we go on vacation. We've only used it a handful of times, and now it's causing issues with our electricity. I reached out to customer service for assistance, but they informed me that it's no longer under warranty and pretty much just shrugged it off. I'm really frustrated, considering I have a bunch of their products, but I'll be switching to another brand going forward. The customer service was awful, and the lady I spoke with on the phone was rude and difficult to communicate with.

Pack of refills in a limited edition fragrance and other fruity options
I just bought some refills in a special fragrance from Wild, along with a couple of other fruity scents. The whole ordering process was super easy and everything was described well on the website, so I knew exactly what I was getting.
