ServiceDespite getting a confirmation email, I had a bit of a hard time getting my tickets on the app. Luckily, a super nice person on the phone hooked me up with a new email that had the ticket reference. Thanks to that, I scooped up my tickets from the machine on the platform in just under 5 minutes. Really appreciate the help.
