CancellationBooking train trips online has been super handy and fun for me. I just headed down to the South West and the whole process was a breeze and didn't break the bank, which was solid. But, I did have a couple of times where my trips got delayed or even cancelled, and that was a bit of a letdown. One time was because of some nasty weather. But all in all, I'd still rate my experience a full five stars.
