Inconsistent Hushed line
My experience with Hushed has been really frustrating. I haven't been able to text, make calls, or get calls on my Hushed line for over three months now. I've tried updating and refreshing it multiple times, but nothing has worked. I've contacted customer service many times, but no one is taking responsibility for fixing the problem. They did extend my subscription, but it doesn't matter if the line is totally unusable.
Aussie needing US number
I live in Australia and I needed a US phone number for messages from my US bank account. I signed up for the PAYG International Package for $4.99 a month and it's been exactly what I needed. The service has delivered everything they said it would.
Account Recovery Assistance
I was recently locked out of my account and couldn't get any password reset emails. I tried contacting customer support many times over two weeks but got no response, so I was super frustrated. Luckily, I found a person named Heather who was helping folks with their problems. I decided to give it a shot and emailed her. She replied quickly, apologized, and got my account back for me. Big thanks to Heather for saving the day!<br><br>At first, I was unsure about the app because of what others said, but now I believe they aren't scammers. It's clear that there are some issues with their user database or system that they need to fix. It would be good for them to talk openly about these challenges and work on solving them. Despite these problems, I appreciate the help I got quickly and trust that others in the same boat can also get assistance.

I recently signed up for a service to protect my personal phone number while still being able to contact customers for my business. At first, everything was going smoothly and I could easily reach out to customers. But then, out of the blue, I got locked out of my account in the middle of important conversations with clients. It was so frustrating and messed up the flow of communication, which might have made my customers see me as unresponsive. I got in touch with the customer service team and they fixed the issue within 24 hours, which was great. Even though they sorted it out quickly, I'm worried that the same thing could happen again in the future. I'll keep using the service carefully, but I really hope they can sort out this problem for good to make sure it's a smooth experience for users.
